For New Short-Term Rentals

Congratulations on becoming a vacation rental host! Whether this is your first short-term rental or just another investment property, it’s good to have a starting point to reference when stocking your place.

Having well-stocked homes can go a long way for your guests. Bear Lake is lacking in the shopping department, so you will want to ensure that your guests are covered with all the basics. Your guests might have various needs when staying in your home. The following list covers the basics that you will need to help your guests have a comfortable stay.
